Rangers fans..why do you think the board are dragging their heels on the whyte takeover?

and why do you think they prefer the other proposal.....i heard that they are worried that whyte is just the face for ellis..hes the one with the plans so to speak and they are not too keen on it..just more hearsay prob...i know this has dragged on and on and on...so no crappy answers..just your genuine thoughts please..lol
