Where the hell do I sand and will he ever love me again?

Okay so me and this guy were dating our relationship was up and down but I was a cu*t and messed it up by cheating broke up, it's been 10 months now and we still see eachother and occassionally get initimate I ask him if he still likes me he says if course he does and "you know how I feel about you" but at the same time says he loves another girl. And is with her I don't understand where I stand I'm completly faithful to him now he says I have proved myself to him and he forgives me. But I just wonder if there's anything I can do to make him fall in love with me again?there's alot behind what I just said but I have a cramp in my hand :P he also says one day we may have something again? Is this true someone help :/
