Had Brian Mulroney stayed on as leader of the PC Party of Canada in 1993, would he have saved the party?

Mulroney was the primary reason the party was decimated to begin with. There is no way he could have saved the party. Campbell was not the reason for the party failure, she was nothing more than a fall guy.
