Are you able to search for a name in the United Nation High Commission for refugees?

I am writing an essay on my father for uni on how he migrated her, and i was told i am able to search for his papers if he was transported on a particular programme. He migrated here after the communist takeover in vietnam in 1975 much like other South Vietnamese. Im just wondering is there a way to access his name within this program?
